Treasurer,
stop chasing people for dues
The club rules decide, Checkio does the talking, and you just check. The bank tells you who paid, and Checkio drafts what to say to those who haven't.
Keep the bank account you already use. Members install nothing: one link in the group chat shows dues, events and the ledger. Club Check is in closed beta in Korea.

"What did I do to deserve this?"
Treasurers have jobs and busy lives too. Chasing people for money is now Checkio's job.
No more people chasing people
"It's not me, it's the rules we all agreed on." When the rules speak instead of the treasurer, the awkwardness disappears.
The rules decide
Monthly, quarterly or yearly dues, early-bird discounts, late payments, members taking a break, life events, RSVP deadlines. 11 questions, and anything you skip gets a sensible default.
Checkio speaks
Before the early-bird deadline, on dues day, after it (to that person only), and a thank you. Written to your rules. You just send it by text or messenger.
You just check
How many paid, how many deposits to confirm, how many are coming to the next event. One home screen and you're done.
Everything a club needs
We don't build another messenger. Your club already lives in a group chat, so we just make the money parts certain.
Dues matching
Upload a bank screenshot and the text is read right on your device. Keep the bank you already use.
Invitations and calendar
One invitation for the group chat. Members add the club calendar once, and events and dues days appear on their own, with alerts the day before and two hours before.
On my way
On event day, one tap: "Leaving now · 10 minutes late · Here". No location tracking.
A transparent ledger
Every expense with its reason and receipt, plus event photos and files. Even in the treasurer's personal account, members see only the lines marked as club money.
Life events
Share news, note "I went" for attendance, and record "the club sent $100 and flowers". Amounts from your rules are filled in.
Monthly page and annual report
Opening balance, money in, money out, closing balance. An accountant-style ledger to print or share in the group chat.
Badges that grow
Earned, then bigger, then grand, then dazzling. The medal itself grows with time together and consistency. Levels never go down, and there are no negative badges.
Founding member · never missed · showed up · perfect attendance · early bird · special gift · former treasurer · kindness shared. At year's end, an awards card, and a "thank you, treasurer" card.
For members: one link, no sign-up
Post a link in the group chat. Members tap their name and open it with the last 4 digits of their phone number. They see their dues, the next event, the club ledger and the member list.
- Members enter their own contact, birthday and address, and choose who can see each one.
- Need a break? "Pause", no questions asked. Dues stop while paused, and levels stay where they are.
- When a member says "I pay from a family member's account", it's matched automatically from then on.
What we never do
- Never post the names of those who haven't paid in the group chat or anywhere everyone can see.
- Never remove anyone automatically. Following your rules, we give notice and a chance to speak first, then the treasurer or a vote decides.
- Never hold or send the dues ourselves. For card payments, we link to the payment service the treasurer signed up for.
- Never track members' locations, and we don't run pooled payouts like rotating savings clubs.
- Never sell member information.
Questions
Do we need a new bank account?
No. Keep the account you use now and upload screenshots. Even if it's the treasurer's personal account, members see only the lines marked as club money.
How is this different from a shared group account?
A group account means switching banks, and the treasurer still sends every reminder. Club Check keeps the bank you have, drafts reminders from your rules, and keeps events, life events, reports and badges in one place. Already using a group account? You can use both.
Do members need to install an app?
No. One link in the group chat opens it. Only the treasurer uses Club Check.
Do reminders go out automatically?
For now, the treasurer sends Checkio's drafts by text or messenger from their own phone, for free. Once members add the club calendar, their phones remind them of dues days and events. Sending automatically is the next step.
Can members pay by card?
Choose "we accept cards" in your rules and add the link from the payment service the treasurer signed up for, and a "pay by card" button appears on the member page. Card fees come out of the club fund. Members paying by card shouldn't be charged extra.
How much is it?
Everything is free during the beta.
Who runs it?
